On the heels of Luxury Card launching its new Luxury Card EXPERIENCES portfolio, the brand has released a pioneering lifestyle phone application: the Luxury Card App.

The Luxury Card App is different than other credit card apps on the market: It offers concierge and personal assistant services via live chat, 24/7, directly from the app. This is a game changer for those of us who love using our premium credit cards’ travel and concierge services but don’t feel like calling in to book the likes of dinner reservations, airline flights, hotels, and concert tickets.

While other premium cards have credit card apps, their functions are more limited. Chase’s app does not offer any type of live chat feature. Apps by American Express and Citi do offer live chat features, but chat topics are limited to account services. Meaning, the Luxury Card App is the only one on the market we’re aware of offering live concierge services. And it is available to cardholders of all three Luxury Cards: Mastercard® Black Card™, Mastercard® Gold Card™, and Mastercard® Titanium Card™.

We decided to test this new app over the last few weeks, and we were certainly impressed. It’s exceptionally user-friendly, in terms of researching information, getting in touch with a live agent, and getting results.

The home page reveals three major headings. First is “Discover,” which details the new Luxury Card EXPERIENCES, specially curated travel and experience packages for Luxury Card holders under the following categories: Activity & Adventure, Sports & Entertainment, Arts & Culture, Family, Culinary & Wine, and Specialty Travel. Second is “Book,” which details travel services bookable via the app—hotels, flights, spa, restaurant, rentals, car rental services, private jets, and golf—and some of the special amenities received as a Luxury Card member. Third is “Perks,” which details exclusive cardmember perks such as transportation services, airport meet and greets, gifting, flower delivery, and more.

At the end of each description under “Discover,” “Book,” and “Perks” is a touchbox that says “REQUEST,” which connects you instantly with a specialist to help you make your chosen EXPERIENCE, travel request, or concierge-style request a reality. And when we say instantly, we mean it. On four separate occasions of testing the app at different times of the day/night, we were connected with an informative live agent instantly and had our first responses in under 30 seconds. Agents were highly knowledgeable and efficient.

So if you are a cardholder of a Luxury Card and want to secure a premium package for next week’s Superbowl, book that table for six at a popular restaurant during Mother’s Day weekend, score premium seats to see Hamilton in New York City, or even take care of more mundane day-to-day reservations, simply download the app (available on your iPhone or Android’s app store), and say hello to your new favorite personal assistant.
